The program is based upon a 7 Day holiday that I personally did myself, whilst having no access to a gym.
I have included 3 levels of fitness with options to progress from the basic exercises.
And if you're lucky enough to be away for longer than 7 Days then simply restart the program, add in the optional workouts or progressions and maybe even you'll up your level.
