Before we step into the gym we will have our Initial Consultation. This will give us both a clear understanding of where we are, where we want to be, and how we are going to get there. Then we will get started with a 25 minute 'taster' session. This is so you can see how I am as a trainer, educator and coach.
Next you have 2 Personal Training Options to choose from:
1) A "Flexi" Pack consisting of 5, 10 or 15 sessions, which can be used whenever fits into your schedule.
2) "Commitment to Change" Pack which gives you 1, 2, or 3 Personal Training sessions a week for a minimum of 8 weeks.
This pack is for people who really want to see a change and who are dedicated to looking and feeling better, whilst adding valuable years onto their lives.
Other Options include:
Rapid Sweat Sessions.
30 minutes of High Intensity Exercise that is aimed at torching fat, boosting your metabolism and raising your fitness level.
Perfect for a lunch time workout.
Small Group Training (3 people max).
These sessions are designed to get you motivated, fit, sweaty, boost your metabolism and torch excess fat.
Perfect for couples or friends that want to train together.
