Now that I've finally settled down in the UK with my beautiful girlfriend (Fredrika - @fakander), I've have decided that now is the perfect time to launch this blog - The Springboard.
On The Springboard both myself and Fredrika be writing about things that one of us have come across that we believe have some sort of value to either ourselves or certain populations of people.
I'll be writing about workouts, personal experiements & product reviews, plus myths, mistakes, easy recipes, lifting techniques blah blah, pretty much everything fitness, health and nutrition that I come across.
Besides Fredrika writing the odd post here and there, I'm also going to have guests from all different areas of the fitness and health industry writing interesting posts about what they see/do in their every day lives. This will hopefully enhance your everyday lives by giving tips, motivation and/or knowledge that you can implement straight away.
I'd love for you to get involved, interact and talk about either your experiences with products, recipes or workouts etc etc.
